Since setting up her first studio in 1984, Morag has worked in glass in many different ways. Working with blown forms, windows and sculptural pieces, but what has not changed is her use of figurative imagery. She is looking at the tension between a gaze, an outstretched hand, a body. The human condition, how we act/ interact with each other. We reach out, touching, not touching. Sometimes this seems very personal, and yet it could be a reflection of anyone's life.
